Lawyers Battle Over DVD Of Farrell's Sexy Tryst

Unless Colin Farrell's lawyers are successful in federal court, a sex tape the actor made in 2002 with ex- girlfriend, former Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain, could be out on DVD by Christmas. Farrell's attorneys originally filed a complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court in July, claiming Narain's attempt to permit the Arizona-based Internet Commerce Group to release the tape would violate the actor's privacy rights under California law.
